A good location that is close to china town and Motomachi station. We stayed in the 3 bed room with 5 people. Crowded but comfortable and clean

Wonderful hotel to stay in KOBE
The twin room we stayed was very spacious and clean. Their staffs were very helpful. This hotel could get 10 stars from me if the breakfast is improved.

The hotel is new and the staff of front desk are very polite. Everything are fine except the mattress are too soft to me.

Comfy bed, good shower, spotlessly clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Drip coffee machine in the room was a nice touch, better than the average instant stuff you get in most hotels in this price range. Great location very close to Kobe Chinatown, Kobe harbour land, Kobe Port Tower, Motomachi shopping street and Kobe station, they are all within easy walking distance. I just wish I had spent longer in Kobe as I only stayed for one night. I will stay there again when I return to Kobe for sure.

New and clean hotel near Chinatown which means the staff can speak chinese but cannot speak english (except for one of them) ... The breakfast is ok but lack of choice. You cannot even find some milk for kids there.

スタッフの対応がとても良かったです。丁寧で親しみを感じました。アメニティも充実していましたが、フロントで持ち出し自由のシャンプーなどが用意されていて嬉しかったです。真新しいホテルではないですが、部屋の状態もよく清潔でした。旅疲れの時にスタッフの親切な対応は何よりも癒されます。価格以上でした。

部屋の隅で子どもが遊んだら埃まみれに… ベッドの下なども埃がすごかったです。 泊まるだけなら特に問題なく、フロントの方の対応も良かったです。
