Good hotel ... except for Wi-Fi

Room was quite spacious compared with many other "business hotels" in Japan. Bed was large and clean. All staff I med were kind and professional. The location is convenient because its walking distance from "Sannomiya", the main station of Kobe. So, the hotel could be great ... However, its Wi-Fi access is sometimes too slow, and far from reliable. Around the midnight, it was like PING=216ms, Dowload = 0.40 Mbps. The similar situation happened in the morning as well. The hotel should upgrade its Wi-Fi capacity to attract business users who require online meeting capabilities.
