「Accommodation and staff are great. Second stay within 6 months. The only down side is the push to watch a presentation for some sort of sales pitch. I gave advanced notice I was not interested to attend on the phone prior to check-in and was still pushed to attend at check-in. It ends up making the check-in process awkward - even worse after a long travel to get to the accommodation with tired children. Please improve this process.」

「Since this hotel is my middle point drive from Brisbane to Sydney, so we check in very late, after 9pm. Hotel sent me the message teach me how to take key and parking car before I tell them I will come late. That is thoughtful. I felt sick in next morning, that is the check out time at 10am. I called the staff immediately. The staff is very nice allow us to late check out at 11:30am. Thanks for their help. 」

「Comfortable stay. Location is excellent. Easy check in and underground parking kept the car cool. Rooms were spacious. Had one use soap, shampoo and conditioner so if staying a few days you may have to ask for more. 」
