"We checked in and checked out the same day. My family and I booked the family suite. There were four of us and one room card was given. Upon going to the room there was water leakage in the hallways, the second sleeping space in the room was in the loft area up the steepest most dangerous stairs I've ever seen, the second bed was just a mattress and it was on the floor, the loft had slanted ceilings making it hard to stand, and the entire room was very hot. We couldn't figure out how to work the air conditioning units, only to go back to the front desk and be told that the single key card had to go into the wall in order for there to be electricity in the room and it had to remain there if you wanted continuous electricity. We weren't told this at check-in. The accommodations weren't what they were implied to be and we were disappointed so we checked out and found other lodging."

Clean, comfortable space lots of different pool areas. Like the big fridge in the room. Don’t know that I would go back to this area nothing to do with the hotel."

"My husband and I stayed here for a week after travel disruptions forced us to extend our trip in Phuket. We chose this hotel for its proximity to Patong Beach and nearby attractions. While the location is convenient, this was the least preferred of the four hotels we stayed at during our three-week trip in Thailand. Although marketed as a resort, it lacked many features we expected. There is no spa, and many common areas were frequently closed for private events. Most indoor common areas also lacked air conditioning, which made the heat uncomfortable during the day. The pool areas had very little shade, making it difficult to spend extended time outside. Our swim-up room had chairs instead of loungers, which wasn’t ideal for relaxing. Housekeeping was daily but often not thorough. We frequently had to request washcloths and toilet paper, and noticed issues like debris remaining on floors, hair left on the toilet seat, and an empty conditioner bottle left in the shower. Service was inconsistent, particularly at breakfast and dinner. Breakfast had a large selection but was expensive for Thailand. The airport “shuttle” was simply a taxi arranged at a higher price than Grab. Overall, the location is good, but for longer stays the hotel lacked the comfort, amenities, and service we expected from a resort"

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Nature Phuket, a true 5‑star experience. Check‑in was effortless and we were immediately taken to our room by buggy, which felt so welcoming after a long journey. Communication with the hotel before arrival was excellent; they arranged our airport pick‑up and surprised my husband with a birthday cake and room decorations, which made the stay extra special. The property has a lovely jungle vibe, peaceful and green yet still very close to Patong. It’s perfectly placed for anyone who wants to be near the action but away from the busiest areas; a short taxi or the hotel’s courtesy shuttle gets you there in no time. We booked a pool access room in the jungle wing, which was perfect for cooling off on hot days and just a short swim to the swim‑up bar. The waiter at the swim‑up bar was exceptional, professional, attentive, and a joy to chat with. Breakfast was a highlight each morning: a generous buffet with different options daily, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, and never feeling overcrowded. Overall the service, atmosphere, and thoughtful touches made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend The Nature Phuket, we’ll definitely be back. "
