Abzocke Große geschrieben, nie wieder

Schlechteste Hotel was es gibt, kein Service dreckige Zimmer und dann noch die abzocke das man mindestens 5 Naechte bezahlen muss. Habe 2 Nächte über Expedia gebucht wurde auch bestätigt aber vor Ort wurde die Buchung nicht akzeptier. Musste Volle 5 Tage Nachbezahlen oder auf der Straße schlafen, das nach einer langen Anreise. Geht garnicht niewieder. Es wurde auch nicht der Reisepass kopiert um uns offiziell als Gast anzumelden, ging da um Steuerhinterziehung

Never again would I stay here, awful hotel!

Mould in the rooms, you could actually smell it as you walked in! Water dripping from ceiling, mattresses not comfy at all dred to think what’s under there, all floors to rooms are wet and the floors are marble so not all about health and safety!! We cut short out duration at this hotel it was that bad !!

절대 예약 하지 마세요 If you want to ruin your trip, choose

무료 환불 기간 내에 취소 신청을 했으나 취소가 되지 않음을 체크인 전날 알게되었음 사이트에서는 취소확인이 떴으나 취소 메일이 오지않은 상태 익스피디아 측에 호텔에 연락해서 취소 상황을 요청했으나 연락이 되지 않는다는 답변만 옴 그래서 직접 가봤음 하지만 불이 꺼져있고 (심지어 풀문파티기간이였음) 데스크 직원도 없었으며 영어 못하는 사람이 계속 Tomorrow!Tomorrow! 이러고 있었음 겉보기에도 영업을 하고 있지 않았으며 수영장에 불도 꺼져있었음 이미 결제가 완료 된 상태여서 더이상 신경쓰고 싶지 않아서 그냥 둘까 했지만 그 돈도 아까움 빨리 환불 해줘요 혹시나 해서 호텔을 두개 예약 한게 신의 한 수 였음, 그 호텔에 묵었었다면 친구랑 절교 할뻔

They tried to put us in a smaller room then we payed. The sliding glass door and window would not lock. Safe in the room did not work and my friends room had no safe. We booked for 2 nights and only stayed 1 night. Needless to say I wouldn't recommend this place.

เหมือนโรงแรมร้าง เหมือนไม่ค่อยมีคนเข้ามาพัก ลิฟท์เสีย เตียงพัง ตู้เย็นพัง ทีวีใช้ไม่ได้ไม่มีสัญญาณ ห้องเหม็นอับ ไฟในห้องสลัวมาก ในห้องน้ำยังมีสบู่กับยาสระผมของแขกคนก่อนหน้านี้อยู่ ห้องพักกว้างแต่คุณภาพไม่สมราคา ดีอย่างเดียวคือใกล้หาดที่จัดงานฟูลมูน แต่ถ้าหาที่พักไม่ได้จริงๆในวันงาน แนะนำยอมเสียค่าแท็กซี่ออกไปพักไกลหน่อยแต่คุณภาพดีกว่านี้จะดีกว่า

The place was riddled with bugs, falling apart and very unfriendly staff. Felt very uncomfortable the entire stay.

Worst hotel ever

We stayed 2 nights there during full moon party. Best thing here is the only location close to everything but not on the beach. I know we stayed cheap and for that reason should not complain much but this is horrible even for the price. First in the arrival the owner guy screaming to everyone. We booked 2 days but he said we have to pay minimum 3 days. But it isn't our problem and we did not have to pay. The hotel is huge and it looked like a Abondoned many years ago. Many facilities aren't used and no maintain. I felt like I was in the ghost hotel. So dusty and moldy everywhere. Our room was horrible, too. There wasn't toilet paper and I doubt if they cleaned the toilet. Had shower and the toilet and bath area was soaked u water. Balcony window isn't able to be locked. Bikini bottom's higene sticker was sticked on the little desk. Chewed gum was sticked on the balcony chair. Everything are horrible. also safety box was problem. We stayed 1400 bats a day but u can find better place with the fee.We coincidently found apartment type of bungalow 10km from there and we decided change of our stay one night. It was 1800bath and it was heaven if comparing. The bungalow was on the cliff and amazing view As we quickly got out, we forgot one iPhone under the pillow. Realised quickly and back to the hotel Within an hour and asked about it, but it was already gone. We checked the room where we stayed and already bed was fixed. Overall, it was the worst hotel I stayed I guess.

the place to be 10 years ago

run down place, half the resort is shut down and not kept, rooms are barely cleaned, beds seem to never been replaced since it opened in 1989. foam party was dead. pool is full of hazards like broken tiles or lights.

Avoid unless you have no choice

The room was sort of clean, there was no electricity when we checked in ( it was fixed later that day) the TV didnt work, the fridge didnt work, the room was full of mosquitos, the sheets on the bed only covered half of the mattres , only good thing I can say about the place is that it's far enough from the beach to not be bothered by the loud music on the beach
