"I stayed there for 9 days and all 9 days my TV didn’t work. Told all 3 staff members about it too. The AC isn’t that cold and the bed mattress is like sleeping on a rock. Disappointed in my stay at Lalisa hotel. I would NOT stay there again."

"First off, the pool is absolutely amazing! Well worth the stage just because of the beautiful pool overlooking a giant, beautiful cliff and ocean view. Drinking watermelon shakes and fresh coconuts, cooling up by the pool, looking at the view was something I will not forget. It is on a hill, but a good way to get your exercise in every day, and still close to everything. I highly recommend! Oh, and breakfast was vast and delicious as well."

"The toilet was leaking and everyday the whole bathroom was stinking. We told them and all they did was clean, which didn't solve the problem. Other than that everything was good, but i can't give a better rating when using the bathroom was a pain"
