We liked the hotel. We’ve been there also last year. I asked for a room at the second floor and got one at the third. I have a new knee and i’m not good in stairs now. They were willing to change the next day, but a room with a poor view. So i asked for one at the second floor with view. The girl behond the desk told us she has a room like that but the boss of the hotel refused. We could take the one with the poor view or stay in our room at the third floor. We didn’t understand the refusal. Very client unfriendly. We also could check in from 1400 and got our room at 1540. We had to wait till the room was ready. We’re not sure to come back again in spite of the good quality of the hotel and the breakfast.

Prachtig en nieuwe locatie, je kan ook genieten van de faciliteiten van Paradise resort aan de overkant. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en lekker en heel verzorgd. De kamers zijn ruim en heel goed onderhouden. Gewoon top locatie. Wil ik zeker terug komen.

Dejlig Hotel med moderne stil

Vi havde værelse med mod bagsiden på 2 sal, udenfor balkon var det gadebelysning så stærk halogen lamper efter det blev mørkt lige i øjen højde som gjorde man sat i spotlight og blev blændet når man sat på balkonen. Ellers intet at udsætte på hotellet og morgenmaden var virkelig super! Vi kommer gerne igen.

Har allt du behöver, men utan riktig guldkant.

Fint välskött hotell med allt som behövs för en skön semestervistelse. Stort rum med mycket golvyta.Sparsamt möblerat utan behövlig punktbelysning. För att kunna tända belysningen på toaletten var man tvungen att tända i taket i sovrummet. Bra wi-fi över hela hotellområde.

För många missar

Bekvämt absolut men den privata stranden med solbäddar var inte tillgänglig för boende på paradise hill vi var hänvisade till fällstolar på icke privat strand det var inte vad som utlovades. Hotellet var extremt lyhört barn som skrek nattetid upplevdes befinna sig i samma rum. Flygbussarna som utlovades för 500 bath per person var fullbokad i stället fick vi privat taxi för 1225 per person inte ok . Sammantaget för många missar

Hotell med närhet till restauranger, strand och shopping. Lugnt och stillsamt. Fina pooler. God mat i hotellbaren. Frukost okej. Enda nackdelen var att det fanns en svag doft av mögel då vi kom till rummet.

Super bra hotell

Nytt fräscht fint hotell, rummen rymliga och frukosten har lite sv allt så det passar även den mer kräsna. Systerhotellet ligger gatan över där man har tillgång till stolar på stranden och även deras gym. Bra utbud med restauranger i närheten, även maten på hotellet är bra och prisvärt. De har grillkvällar fredag och lördag där man kan beställa en fin bit kött om man saknar det under semester. Helt klart ett hotell som är värt att besöka!

Propre, confortable, personnel à votre écoute, calme côté jungle, super petit déjeuner, parking ombragé,le hic,dans la chambre il y a une porte qui communique avec l'autre chambre,on entend nos voisins,trop de russe non respectueux,ils mettent la musique au bord de la piscine et personne ne dis rien, manques de lumière côté route à l'entrée de l'hôtel le soir,on ne voit pas l'entrée quand on vient en voiture ou en moto,sinon très bon séjour ....

Good with some misstep

Nice hotel, new, clean and making an effort. Good location. Both weekends we were there, a big group of people (corporate events?) stayed at the hotel, crowding the breakfast room and common areas at times. Not a big deal, but It felt less like a relaxing vacation. There was also an event one evening in an event-room at the hotel. They finished at a reasonable hour, but the music carried through the (concrete) hotel making it impossible to stay in the room heile the event was on.

Останавливаемся в Парадайсе второй раз!встретили нас тепло,сразу же заселили в чистый,подготовленный номер!!!номер просторный с достаточным количеством различной Мебели и необходимой техникой!приятно,что есть русскоговорящие каналы на ТВ!уборка каждодневная с заменами полотенец при необходимости!завтраки просто шикарные и разнообразные,каждое утро приятно удивляли новые блюда,молодцы!ХОРОШИЙ И ДОСТОЙНЫЙ ОТЕЛЬ.Советуем

Отель хороший, новый, чистый. Персонал отзывчивый. Кому не в лом перейти дорогу рекомендую . Мы отдыхали с семьей ( 2 взромлых и 2 детей по 4 года) нам все понравилось . Если останется такая же ценовая политика , то снова бы остановился . Надеюсь цены будут прежними . 16.12.2019

Wat een superheerlijk hotel!! Alles mooi, modern, nieuw, schoon, heerlijk ontbijt met veel Thaise en veel Europese keuze. Verse eitjes/ omelet/ scrumbled / spiegelei voor je gebakken Wij houden t meest van Thais dus voor ieder wat wils. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Geweldige zwembaden met heerlijke ligbedjes met kussens en gebruik van zwembadhandoeken. Af en toe op strand gegeten met je voeten in t zand:-)

Очень чистый современный отель! Приятно в таком находиться! Персонал очень приветливый, любезный, всегда с улыбкой на лице! На пляж через дорогу всегда провожает специальный человек, так что проблем с этим никаких не было! Сам пляж вполне уютный, но именно на нем меня впервые за пять поездок в Тайланд искусали песчаные мухи! Это, конечно, не проблемы отеля, но послужило той самой ложкой дёгтя...
