"I do not typically leave negative reviews, but I feel it is necessary to share my experience. We paid a significant amount for a five-night stay, and unfortunately, it did not meet expectations for a hotel rated over four stars. Upon arrival, one of the queen beds had what appeared to be dried blood and makeup stains on the comforter. The pull-out bed for my son was also in very poor condition—the mattress was extremely thin, and he could feel the metal bars underneath. We requested a replacement comforter and extra bedding for padding. Although the manager assured us these would be delivered, we never received them despite following up. There were also major cleanliness and maintenance issues. The hallway walls had visible mold, and the walls in our room were dirty and clearly not properly cleaned. The hot water was unreliable due to issues with the water heaters, and at one point, another guest mentioned trying to fix them. We also had difficulty getting towels, the pool was not clean, and there was a recurring sewer odor on our floor. I spoke with the manager several times, but no action was taken. At checkout, he offered a discount and said he would follow up, but I never received any communication and have not gotten a response to my email. There were other issues but since i dont have enough room to text it, I just covered the basics . Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel."

"Spent spring break here with my family and we loved every moment. We rented the deluxe room, it was spacious and comfortable for all four of us, even when the sofa bed was pulled out we still had room to move around in the kitchen/dinning area. The 2nd bathroom was an absolute plus. Our kids enjoyed being able to sit on the private balcony to have lunch and snacks or just relax. The beach which is literally minutes away whether you take the boardwalk or diver around had the prettiest, softest white sand and the breeze was incredible. Lively Beach Resorts was a great place to stay and is within 15mins of major stores to grab whatever you might need for your stay. We will definitely be staying again."
