Great location. Modern unit, very clean but starting to show some wear and tear. Check in efficient and communication good. Only annoying thing was they only gave us one key….a bit ridiculous when your apartment is on the 50th floor and you have a 2 bedroom apartment with four people in it.

The room was clean and staff were very friendly and informative. Only concern for us was our shower wasn’t draining properly, very slow drainage. However I’m sure the hotel would have fixed it or accommodated us, but we were on a busy schedule and only stayed two nights.

The mirror inside the room should not face the bed. There is an empty wall near the main door which would be a more suitable place to position the mirror. Anyone coming to Melaka must stay in this hotel. Might be bit over budget for individuals but worth every penny. Don't forget to go visit swimming pool. Great staff. Overall an amazing experience. Cheers to Hatten Hotel.
