"One of the worst hotel experience I've ever had.
upon arriving to the hotel I was given the wrong room (booked a double and was given a single room). When checking with the reception I was told the hotel was fully booked and they don't have any double rooms available. I contacted Hotels.com customer support and they were not able to reach the hotel to sort the room problem.
The room was clean but very small with a small single bed and a shower that is guaranteed to flood the bathroom every time you use it. Also, the room was on the ground floor near the lifts which meant I was constantly hearing the noises and dings from the lifts and the people using them.
Breakfast and the room service dinner were ok.
Furthermore, when I was checking out I was told I had to pay for the room again as the receptionist claimed they haven't received the payment details from Hotels.com.
Again, Hotels.com CS couldn't reach the hotel to sort this out and I had to pay again and request a refund for the original payment which luckily Hotels.com got sorted."
"Location of the hotel is fantastic. Closer to Jonker walk and lots of food and cafe options nearby. Do note that the external window panels needs to be closed when it rains else the rain will seep into the room. We had to clean up after one rainy night."
