Check out time is 12pm ....we went out n came back to room at 11.45am...n the room was locked and we couldn't open it. When we ask staff they said auto lock...auto lock the door after 12pm not before 12pm. And give extra 10 or 15 min to check out...And staff saw us going up but never stop us to unlock.
