"Biggest complaint is towards Hotels.com way of dealing with reservations - they do not provide direct number to call. It is an old apartment building that remind of communal apartments back in 60ies in Soviet time and there are NO mention of River apartments on outside of building or anywhere inside if you get past door lock with a code. Only way to reach owners and get instruction on how to get into building and get keys is by calling a Hotels.com number - in USA. I after getting really upset...

"This is a private apartment. There is no service or information given, just keys. The telephone number didn’t work but luckily the man appeared. It is very large with two bedrooms and a living room. So very good value from that point of view. Beds are hard and uncomfortable. Big modern TV. Basic kitchen with just two rings on the hop. Old fridge and other stuff.
