JR Clement Inn Kochi

"Only spent one night here on the way to the Iya Valley. JR Clement is an excellent hotel located right next to the JR Station. Clients were mostly Japanese businessman which was nice as it seemed we were the only tourist so it was very quiet. Hotel was very clean and seemed very new. On site parking. A Family Mart right across the street. Excellent amenities even by Japanese hotel standards, war plugs, shoe deodorizer,mints bath salts, facial creams and washers along with the usuals found in most Japanese hotels. I highly recommend this place if you're in Kochi."

"The room size and breakfast selection are on par for a budget hotel, but it is very clean and stylish. It is a bit of a walk from the station, but there is also a tram running along the main street that you can take. It is located right next to a cluster of restaurants, many specializing in local cuisine. Many convenience stores located nearby as well."
