"JR神戸駅地下から近くて便利なホテルです。ハーバーランドやガス燈通りも歩いてすぐなので大好きなハーバーランドの夜景を見ることができ、良かったです。部屋の窓からは山側だったので駅のホームがすぐ下に見える位で眺望は期待できないかな。施設は大浴場が思ってたより大きくてプールの様な細長い感じですが、とても入りやすく、シャワーブースもゆとりがありゆったりしてて使いやすい。ホテル全体は改装されてるので綺麗で清潔感があり、部屋も広くてベッドの寝心地が久しぶりに良かったです。マイナス要因は朝食ビュッフェかな。3,800円にしては他のホテルに比べて種類が少ない。他のホテルに泊まった時の無料のビュッフェに近く個性はないのが残念。スタッフの対応は悪くないです。あとはデスクに椅子がないのか不便なのと、コーヒーがインスタント。総合的には使いやすいホテルでよかったです。リピートありかなと思います。"

"Pros- proximity to park and room options. We had a room with 4 beds for our family of four. Great water pressure in the shower and I liked the hairdryer. Buffet had a variety of foods but food was not good in my opinion. Coffee was terrible. Cons- This is a VERY basic hotel and it’s dated. Our room was clean but there was definitely a mildew type smell and the only way to explain it, is that the room gave me the ick. No bottled water in room. No pool at the hotel, which was surprising. I guess you get what you pay for but I had higher expectations and this did not meet them. "
