"Had a great stay, lot’s of sunbathing chairs, many pools, although the resort was at full capacity, it did not feel crowded. Staff are extremely polite and welcoming. Delicious food with lot’s of variety. It’s a resort to stay in the resort as there is not much around it to walk too. As soon as you go outside the premises, locals are quite insistants. "

"Fantastic stay and lovely hotel. Still some building works ongoing but didn’t really impact our stay too much. Great entertainment in evening and food was good. Animation team day activities could be improved as never really tell you what’s on and where and most of the time the activities never even happen despite seeing loads of animation team around the hotel."

"The staff here are absolutely wonderful, the service is fantastic, the room was perfect and my stay was relaxing! This is the place to stay if you just want 100% downtime and quiet. I had planned a very ambitious and busy stay in Stone Town following my stay here, so I wanted this portion of my trip to be relaxed. I couldn't have chosen a better place for peace and quiet. The premises is really pretty and I walked around a lot, seeing Red Colobus and Blue Sykes Monkeys and petting the various cats. In the evening, the air smells incredible . There isn't much of an ocean beach area, but there is a long floating pier that is nice to walk out on and the pool is kept beautifully. This is a small boutique hotel and there were only 4 other people there when I stayed, which contributed to the quiet. I did not take advantage of the spa services while I was there and can't review it. "

"This is my second time staying at Meliá, and it won’t be my last. It’s not only because the hotel and grounds are beautiful. It’s the staff, they are exceptional, they’re the most friendly, smiley, professional and provide amazing service. Every room is cleaned twice a day and I’ve left valuables lying around and everything has always been safe. My only complaint this time was that there was no working light in the shower but other than that everything was 10/10."

The beach was pristine with clean white sand, and the clear sea water made for stunning views and relaxing swims. The customer service was absolutely top-notch—friendly, attentive, and always eager to help. The dining options across all the restaurants were fantastic, offering delicious food with a variety of choices. But what I loved most were the breathtaking views of the beach that made every moment even more special. Overall, it was a truly memorable experience, and I highly recommend Mora Resort Zanzibar for a romantic getaway. "
