「Lækker lejlighedshotel med lækre værelser og veludstyret køkken. Meget tæt på byen og på lifte til Schmittenhöhe. God info omkring udflugter fra personalet. Var super hjælpsomme med sen tjek ind, som blevet klaret med en kode til en nøgleboks, hvor kortet til vores værelse var. Alt i alt godt sted」

「The staff who helped check in was so nice and kind. You can get Summer Card if you want. Clean and cozy room with a good sauna are good for us! 」

「Business is good therefore lacking of enough manpower when customers check out. They forced to provide keys to park car downstairs hotel. But asked customers to wait more than 15 mins when we need car to leave. Also, no heater when temperature was 8-10 degree outside. Their feedback is it is still summer so their central heater can not work. This kind of equipment is not good enough if they cost higher fee.」

「The owner and staff are extremely obliging and helpful. They even went the extra mile to run a shopping errand for me when I realised I'd left some key items at my previous hotel. The food is excellent; delicious, authentic and very filling portions. The dining room setting is lovely and they clearly do everything to maintain the property. They even made a packed breakfast+lunch for us because we had a 4.30am departure to hit a mountain route. Room was very good. The only thing I would hope...

「Sehr schöne, saubere und modern eingerichtete Unterkunft. Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Unterkunft war sehr gut und auch vollständig ausgestattet. Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig und lecker. Restaurant auch sehr empfehlenswert mit schöner Aussicht im Freien. Wellnessbereich leider nicht genutzt, war aber bei der Besichtigung auch sehr einladend. Wir waren zum Familienurlaub mit 3 Kindern 4 Tage dort und fühlten uns wirklich gut aufgehoben. 」
