They replied with, the room has been cleaned and we can check in early when we arrive and our room is on the 1st floor. I replied asking what is the earliest time we can check in; no response after that! The next day we arrived at 10:30 am, we noticed there were no key in the lock box. My only complaint about the room as an American is the bed and pillows being too hard for my comfort. I had to add an extra mattress pad for my preference.
