"I booked through Expedia, when i got there, they didn’t have my reservation showing in there end, I had to wait until they put me in the system, after a long day with two kids it was not good check in. The pools were really nice and outside everything was good، but the room was old and not clean and it smelled bad, they don’t come to clean it, honestly as much as I loved Florida, but sleeping in that room made sick. "

"1 slide was shut down, 1 section of the splash pad was shutdown. they stop the waterslides 30 min before they close - which is way too early. They charge you a resort fee at least it should be in working condition. "

"The staff were nice. Check-in/out was very quick and easy. The room was spacious. The sofa in the room looked well used. Our air conditioner was very loud and rattly. It also leaked which left wet spots on the tile floor"

"The property appears to be recently redone with newly painted walkways and building. The parking lot is newly resurfaced and each room is tidy and well supplied. The pool was nice and clean. Each room has southern shutters instead of curtains giving an upscale touch."

"This hotel is extremely dated and unfortunately the walls are so thin you can hear absolutely everything — sneezes, bathroom trips, and full conversations from neighboring rooms. It made the stay feel anything but private (and also made us very aware they could probably hear us too). When we arrived there was a car parked next to us with bullet holes and blown-out windows, which didn’t exactly create the most welcoming or safe first impression. We asked about a refund but since we booked through Expedia we were told that would likely be difficult. To the hotel’s credit, they did upgrade us to another room, which we appreciated. However, the upgraded room still had issues — the bathtub didn’t drain and the water had a pretty unpleasant smell, which made showering less than ideal. The one real upside was having a full kitchen, which was convenient and probably the best feature of the stay. Overall, we appreciated the staff attempting to help by moving us rooms, but the property itself feels very worn down and could really benefit from some serious updates and maintenance."

"Room was clean but smelled funny when the air wasn’t on. Had great experience with staff except one guy. That was trying to get me to sit in a time share presentation. When we initially started talking I was simply asking about a room credit that was told to me at check in. I wanted to specify where the credit could be used. He proceeded to try to get me to do breakfast at a sister hotel and that it would be a time share presentation. I would have to pay a deposit when he mentioned deposit I told him no. He quickly changed his attitude and told me I wouldn’t be able to use my room credit on the final day. Other than that decent experience. The pool has a wonderful vibe "
