"We are a family of four traveling with our adult children in Iceland. We skipped Vik to stay closer to our next day's sites. I would recommend both this town and hotel over Vik. Service, rooms, restaurant, bar, and local town was beautiful and an unexpected surprise. Staff gracefully helped arrange return of an item I left behind. Would highly recommend and return."

"Excellent breakfast included and beautiful views. We stayed for 2 nights and our room did not get cleaned up with towels changed. It seems this is not the service level in Iceland; however, the property grounds are very nice and we had a good time. We lived the expresso machine coffee!"
