「We think of a B&B in the traditional way, where someone welcomes you into their home. This was more like an Air B&B, but with continental breakfast supplied. We were lucky enough the first morning to find someone to call a cab for us, but never saw anyone after that except other guests. It was nice to have access to a fridge to keep drinks cold, but we were expecting a homemade breakfast.」

「Myself and my partner only stayed for one night. The cabin was very clean and cosy with everything we needed for our short break. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent, things that not all places we have stayed get right. We used it as a stop off on our trip to photograph the mountains and surrounding areas, this was the perfect stop off for what we wanted. Thank you for the stay, it made our break, we will definitely be booking again.」

「Location is great. Walking distance from the botanical garden and queens university. It felt like a safe neighborhood. Pros- location, quaint unique hotel. Had a room with 3 beds which is rare to find. Breakfast was quite good and a fair price. Also able to buy hop on bus tickets at reception Cons We were up 3 flight of stairs. With heavy luggage that was hard with no elevator available. The room was quite warm. Fans were provide and window opened but was still hot. The shower was hard to...

「A truly wonderful find! Quiet, convenient, clean well appointed cottage, with attentive, friendly hosts. Good parking, near enough (by car) to the Mourne Mountains, Murlough, Tyrella and Ballykinler beaches and Newcastle. About a 45 min drive from Belfast. A great haven for peaceful outdoor pursuits or just getting away from it all. Will happily stay again! 」
