"My husband and I, along with our dog, have just spent a wonderful week at Garden View. The hosts, who live in the main house at the address, Steve and Judy, were welcoming and friendly. The property is situated in a perfect place for exploring South Devon with a bus stop just yards away that runs hourly to Brixham min one direction and Kingswear (for Dartmouth via ferry) in the other. "Very clean hotel with very helpful staff however the restaurant menu should be changed more we stayed 4days but due to the poor menu we only ate in the restaurant once, due to the location it is very difficult to eat in other places The facilities were excellent"

"Highly recommend staying here! The staff were incredibly friendly, the breakfast every morning was delicious, and the owner, Mike, was so welcoming. The location is excellent! Just a short walk to the harbour and the ferry to Kingswear, making it the perfect base for exploring the area."

"Staff & breakfast excellent. Room was very clean but it was very hot and the drains smelt at times. This severely impacted my sleep. My rating is purely based on that, suspect if i went when it was cooler it would be different. One easy thing to help would be for the windows to be opened fully."
