Excellent staff and very clean hotel and rooms. Quiet at night and great A/C. The location is great too as it is just down the street from the arena where our daughter was playing in a tournament. We'd like to give a special shout out to Ahrti at the front desk who made our check-in process so smooth as we had two separate reservations booked which made for a more complicated stay. She was so accommodating and figured out how to resolve our problem.

Once we arrived to check in, we were told there was water infiltration in our room. Credit to the staff, that he let us check out the room before checking in. My wife noticed that there was an odor coming from the room as if toilet water got into the room. The staff was helpful in trying to find us another room in their sister property but to no avail. We don't understand why when there was a problem with the room that we weren't contacted right away or that another room could be found for us.

I checked my Expedia App for a trip that I took last year, wanting to select the same hotel that I had last year because it had a pool and a restaurant. The App said that I had used the Quality Inn and Suites, so that is the one that I booked. Turns out It was not the same one that I had previously booked. This one has no pool or restaurant. I had to stay here because I had already paid. What else could I do. How can this mistake be rectified ?

This hotel was clean, well kept, and safe, and service was amazing. I have zero complaints! Seriously, the customer service was one of the best I've seen at any hotel I've stayed at. And that makes all the difference in the world! While it isn't central to all the tourist attractions in Kingston, it's a good location for restaurants and shopping.

We’ve stayed here before and have always had great service. Staff is great and friendly. Only complaint would be the walls were dirty in our room by the garbage can and the kids screaming up the hallways was a little much. I also know this is not the fault of the facility. Our fault for booking during a hockey tournament!

I was in Kingston for a treatment at KGH. Chris at the front desk was exceptional. He went over and above to provide good service and was kind and sensitive to my situation as it had been a difficult day for me. I will remember his kindness always.

We really enjoyed our stay, there was only a small issue with there being blood on the bed, but besides that, everything was a-okay!

This is a very nice hotel. It is conveniently located off the 401. The room was spacious and very clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. I would return again and I would recommend the hotel to friends and family.

Didn't spend much time in the room other than to sleep and shower and that worked out perfectly. Some noise from nearby kids but kids will be kids. Ran into zero Karens so everything went well.
