I really loved the back porch the view with the trees were amazing.. I didn’t like that the bed was pretty small I don’t believe it was a queen which is what I asked for but everything else was amazing

Small apartment convenient for U.S. Embassy

The web-site tells one to make contact in advance to arrange 'check-in' as the place is not staffed; BUT no-one answers the telephone or returns calls. When we were actually in Jamaica and outside the gate our driver finally managed to get an answer only to find that the number given is merely the booking agency; they gave another number for the manager, who took half an hour to come. We were very early but had we known 'how it works' in advance our arrival could have been better timed. The groundsman showed up and let us through the gate, and kindly found a chair while we waited. This is a one-bedroom apartment; clean and comfortable. The kitchen facilities were adequate and we could have self-catered for quite a while without difficulty. I remain puzzled by the propane tank under the sink, since the stove is electric! The 'Flow' (Cable & Wireless) TV service is abysmal. The quality is OK but the channel choice is rubbish. All American channels, of course. Although a wifi device was under the TV stand, it was impossible to connect to it; eventually we found that the wifi service is by Digicel. As this works on the back of the cell-phone system the available bandwidth is variable. We would stay there again, now we have the right telephone number to make contact. There is adequate car-parking space so for a longer stay we would take a rental car from the airport.

Pleasant stay great location

Friendly staff , they did much to make my stay great. The apt was very clean and inviting , I I could do my laundry and make meals if I wanted to . Easy to get to and fro , New Kingston , Halfway Tree and the surrounding areas. My daughter feel in love with the place and suggest that for our next trip we will stay there , I found the place to be secure with electronic gate opener , didn't do pictures as I was extremely busy

Confused booking agent and host

Although my reservation was confirmed by phone earlier in the week, the directions were wrong and the contact number lead me to a host who told me she had no rooms and had no idea that I was arriving. I was already at her doorstep. Hence, more time driving around with my guide, trying to find a place that a local had trouble locating, after another set of instructions arrived from a person who texted me but would not answer my calls. After delay and frustration, a suite was found. It was a loft and there was no air conditioning, although there was and one downstairs and one upstairs. Spartan furnishings, sketchy cleanliness.

Make sure you check the room has AC!

The apartments look OK and in a good location. However, when we arrived, the guy at the entrance didn't know we were arriving and we had to call the owner to figure it out. The room was on the third floor and there was no AC. It was unbearable to be inside the room, even in the evening. I called the owner and he said that he was fully booked and didn't have any other room and that I booked without AC. I saw pictures with AC in the rooms so I assumed we would have it too, specially in such a hot country. We had to take the mattress from the top Floor room to the living room to try to have some sleep. The wifi wasn't working in the room either so I had to spend £50 on internet too. Not worth the money at all

The hotel was clean, the room was spacious, I felt secure there. Everything I need for my trip in a hotel was there for me. Loved it and will use it again
