「I want to give a really balanced view about The Stone House Hotel. I was staying for two nights on business and I found all of the colleagues that worked there to be extremely friendly and helpful. 「The room was clean and reasonably priced. Sadly I didn’t sleep well as the mattress wasn’t very comfortable - small for a double, and it felt like we were rolling together . Hong had kindly given us a room at the back of the house as I mentioned I am a light sleeper, but because it wasn’t the property I was expecting to stay in, it meant it was near to the main road which was quite noisy through most of the night on and off. After check and clarified she confirmed already received my payment. 「A lovely hotel in beautiful surroundings, the staff were amazing so friendly welcoming & helpful. The hotel offers a few nice touches such as a packed lunch as well as welcoming drinks in your room. Our room was in a separate building, it was spacious & comfortably equipped if a little dated, our only issue was the intrusive noise from the room above, it was only a minor problem & we would happily stay here again」
