"Very kind staff "

"The stay was great, except for the water main break, which left us without water for more than 10 hours the second night. We were told that they would give us some compensation for the inconvenience, but since we booked through a third party we had to work with the third party. It would have been nice if they would have settled things with us, and then settle things on the back end with the third-party. That would have been an opportunity to "wow" their guest. Now, I guess we will see whether...

"This hotel has a spooky backrooms look. Its a very unique hotel thats connected to shops & restaurants. We arrived late so everything was closed but it was interesting to walk through & look at everything. The rooms were clean & very spacious with huge windows. Beds & pillows are very comfortable. We had a view of the river which was kind of a spooky rundown look but adds to the look of the hotel. The water itself was pretty but you can tell it is a very old area. My family, especially my...

"I like the location and presentation of the lobby. Staff was friendly. "

"Very clean room but the beds remind e starting at grandmas. Between the hardness and the old school noises of the springs it wasn’t great. Other than the beds the room was great especially for the price but I’ve paid more for less. A mattress topper and a nights stay would still be cheaper and dirtier than other options. Almost needed more toilet paper but thankfully we survived one night and the local cuisine. "

"Our only concern was the elevator worked when it wanted. Staff would assist if it was on the ground floor but if you were on upper floors it took a long time if you couldn't do stairs. "
