Quick and easy check in. The room itself was decent but the hallways and elevator could use a good cleaning. No breakfast, the pool was closed. The Ice machine was down. Coffee maker in room but no cups for coffee. Probably won't stay again.

Pictures are deceiving! Dirty inside, bed was stained, heater smell like burnt, I don’t know how this place has good reviews! I would not stay here again.

Staff was lovely. There was no toilet paper or wash cloths in the bathroom and I’ve seen cleaner bathrooms. I called down to the desk and asked for the items at 3:00 when I checked in. When I returned at midnight, items hadn’t been delivered. Called down to desk and received toilet paper, I forgot about the washcloths. I’ve machine didn’t work on my floor, but on 2 of the others (I was on 3, ice machines worked on 2&4)

As soon as we walked into the back entrance to our room are the hotel smelled bad. Our room smelled so strong of cigarette smoke (booked a non smoking room). The toilet was dirty upon arrival. And the comforter had 3 different large stains on it. Overall very dirty, stinky and dingy.

Check in was ok. Saturday morning I went downstairs to the lobby for a coffee and there was nothing to get. No breakfast, no coffee, no water, there was nothing. I asked the young man at the front desk (face buried in his phone sitting on a stool against the wall) and he acted like he didn’t understand English well enough to answer my questions about breakfast or coffee. This was my experience at my stay. The room appeared to be clean and cozy during my stay.

Room smelled of mold, no hot water, no compensation from hotel . Vm booked under the assumption of it being a double room like a suite would be to find out when you get there. It’s only a double bed in one room so they have a even a picture of a suite on the website and it says double bedroom and she wouldn’t the receptionist wouldn’t but she wouldn’t do anything. She was quite rude to be honest with you. She said that you can cancel the reservation if you want to and then to find out there, there’s no hot water and it smells like mold it’s more than I can handle. I want a full refund. I even have a cancellation

There was nothing stated that they had a deposit even called and was told that they didn't so false information. The room was non-refundable. The room was very unclean the refrigerator was froze up and not cooling no microwave in the room the indoor pool area was not heated the pool itself was not maintained and had a greenish tint to the water no chlorine smell . With that being said the beds were comfortable that's about all the room had going for it the room is very outdated old torn up curtains and the balcony door screwed shut also got a nice beautiful breakfast area but don't have breakfast in the morning and the only microwave in the motel was up in the breakfast area and the plate in the microwave didn't even turn motels very ran down have no plans on ever returning and staying there again if I could I would give it a no start
