"The room was ok. But i had 2 towells and one wash cloth. The day before i was to check out. While i was out. They came un and took the dirty towells. But did not leave any clean ones. I had to.use my clean beach towell to use that night after my ahower."

"I absolutely loved my stay here! Very clean overall. Only thing that bothered me was the fact that I had to request front desk for housekeeping to clean my room even though in the system it showed they had completed it, it had not been done at all. And after I requested it they only brought towels and wash clothes didn’t change bedding or make bedding up nor was my trash dumped in room or restroom, luckily me and my family weren’t messy/junky, so we kept it up for the 4 days of our stay. But other than that my stay was very comfortable. "
"I loved this hotel!! I had originally rented a room at a different hotel, but didn’t stay one night due to uncleanliness and roaches. I booked the Tru hotel at 11:30 pm after arriving at the other rundown hotel. Check in was a breeze, even as late as we arrived! After checking in, me and my 18 year old son immediately loved the hotel! It smelled clean, looked kept up, the pool stayed clean our entire six day visit! Staff was amazing! There was a pool table, board games, television, great seating, good breakfast, and the list goes on! This hotel made our beach vacation feel like an actual vacation!"
