「Unit was nice. Kitchen was very functional, a good variety of small appliances. Nice newer stove and fridge - ice maker was a PLUS!! If you like a "softer" mattress - then you'll like the bed. The sofa/bed in the living room needs attention. If its "new" it was a cheap purchase, and if its "old" it needs to be replaced. You only need to sit on it once to know what im taking about. 」

「Good location. Big complex so a little walk to beach and pools. Washer is super small and dryer took about 3 hours to dry a couple of things. Otherwise we loved it. Make sure to bring dishwasher pods and laundry pods and xtra trash bags if you don’t want to buy them. They provide small starter kit. 」

「Smaller hotel/condo building, quiet, family friendly, close to food. Convenient location to access 98. Spacious condo. Oversized twin beds was a nice surprise for my kids. REALLY liked that the rental chair vendors were NOT taking over the beach, like they have at other locations we’ve stayed at (and won’t return due to that). Great hotel! I will return! I will add that there are no gas grills. There are charcoal grills. Facility staff were friendly and provided us with charcoal, lighter fluid...

「The condo was nicely done . The condo had all the kitchen and bath items we needed. Looking out at the ocean was great. Vacasa was right on with emails and texts. Thank you.」

「Vacasa is a joke to work with. They tell you that Check-in isn’t until 4 pm but the code they give you to get in the door isn’t ready at 4 pm. Usually several minutes later. Happens with them many times over. 」

「Although abit dated in decor the room was clean and outfitted with everything you need. The managerial company was quick to respond to any concerns and the amenities were outstanding. Walk to the beach, free tram, and 4 pools and much more. 」

「When I left the property, the ceiling fan was not broken but I received a message the same day that the ceiling fan that was controlled by wall switches bulb was broken and fan did not work. My credit card on file was charged for the same $250 that they had just in case something happened. We had to be out by 9 am so I forgot to take exit pictures.」
