「Called and emailed for two weeks prior to stay with no responses back from property. Drove 15 hours to arrive and not have accommodation. Lacked communication to let us know we didn’t have anywhere to stay. Didn’t supply the service of accommodation and are still not able to be reached regarding refund of cost of stay. 」
