「Everything was great! The place was clean and the staff were pleasant. Our only “complaint” was the wait to confirm our requested late checkout. Totally understandable that it couldn’t be confirmed until the day of checkout, but waiting until 9am makes it a little inconvenient to plan around, especially if the answer ends up being no! 😂 Other than that, everything was amazing! I’m sure late checkout requests are a small percentage of guests, so it’s a minor thing overall.」

「Generally a good location, very nice room, excellent restaurant. Had one of the worst check in experiences I’ve ever had which really influenced my impression of my stay. In brief, the woman at the desk was abrupt and unhelpful and gave me directions that my room was outside and to the left. Was actually a quarter mile down a road and not well marked. Thankfully other staff rescued me and my companion dragging 5 pieces of luggage, gave us a ride, and explained we could park at the room. Not...

「The hotel was very nice and had beautiful views and amenities, and the staff went out of their way to help when we had any questions. We particularly enjoyed the dinner at the Fluke one night. However, for pricey room in a building that was so recently constructed, it was surprising how loud the footsteps were on the floor above us. If you want to stay here and are not on the top floor, be prepared to hear your upstairs neighbors. I would recommend bringing earplugs.」
