「转机呆了几个小时，退房的前台人拿个信封给我，问我要给多少钱小费，这个也太直接了吧，我要求他们不要叫醒服务，他们就还是一样叫醒我，这个时间并不是我同意的时间，对我来说系统打扰，还想要小费。」

「I really enjoyed my stay at Lake Duluti! It was peacefully and tranquil which is what I was looking for. The property is amazing with lots of trees, plants and animals. Having my own chalet gave me a lot of privacy and made it easy to have restful nights. The staff were helpful and made my stay comfortable and fun. They would have my chalet preped for sleeping when I was having dinner. I would stay at Lake Duluti again if coming back to Arusha. 」

I utilized the rooftop bar, the pool and the laundry service. The property and rooms were very clean and comfortable! The food and drinks were good and the chef was nice! And our driver, Mike, was great! I would definitely recommend staying here and will be staying here again! 」

「I arrived at the property at 4am. My driver woke someone up in order for the gates to be opened. From the moment I stepped into this magical world, I felt swept away by the atmosphere, the 4 poster bed, the warm shower, the surrounding nature and even the charming monkeys running on the property. I enjoyed an in-room massage and a fantastic breakfast and lunch. Five stars are not enough. This place is definitely a 10 out of 10. 」
