"I left a briefcase with my laptop in the hotel room and did not discover that until I was a 12 hour drive away. I called the hotel and they had nothing turned into list & found. But the front desk said housekeeping has a separate log and they would check in the morning. But 5 mins later I get a text saying housekeeping has the bag and laptop! How honest and trustworthy! The hotel even had a service for me to get the laptop and briefcase returned within a couple days. Two days later it was air shipped and received by me from Holiday Inn. I am so grateful for the honesty of their staff. "

"The staff was great! There was a lady keeping up on breakfast and she really did, she was constantly checking everything and replenishing right away. I did check in online so when I arrived I was given my key. It was a really nice experience. The pool area was clean and relaxing. It has an elevator so with my husband having health issues it made it easier for him to get up and down the stairs."
