No one responded to me and even messaged later trying to explain again. Again no response and I was still charged for the stay. "

"Parking was easy, in the first room the light switches were not working, the faucet handle was broken, the linens were dirty, there were metal parts coming out of the bed, very dangerous for walking closer to bed. TV didn't work. After complaining they give us the other room, which were not that great but better than the first one. The toilet water tanks had different lids, not belonging to the tank. Staff was friendly and helpful. "
