"Overall the property was nice and provided a pleasant stay. Two negatives. The staff were not overly pleasant or inviting (this is hospitality). The second could and should be fixed, The lobby area AC was set at a very low and chilly temperature. I commented and the person behind the counter replied she thought it was comfortable, as she stood before me in a nice warm sweater over her clothes. It wasn't like a restaurant where they may keep the temperature low for the benefit of an active staff....

"The staff is excellent! They are friendly and helpful to everyone. The hotel is in sad condition but is being renovated. But some things are just housekeeping fix it. Drapes hanging from the rod is not necessary. 1 little bar of soap in the bathroom for the sink and shower.?? The clock is unplugged from behind the bed.? Just the little things. "
