「I had a lovely stay at this conveniently located hotel. The room was well-equipped with a kitchen and all the necessary utensils, which I greatly appreciated. I particularly liked the design; the sofa seamlessly connects to the bed, creating an interesting and functional layout. However, there were a couple of aspects that could be improved. 「We booked a two nights staying but they downgraded us to a smaller room and claim the one we’ve booked is not available. And my son have left his passport in the room safe and we called for assistance after we’ve checked out. Front desk staffs not responding with well and quick, just keep saying nothing found. It’s my bad to have left belongs not checked but expecting they can help.」

「We logeerden graag in dit sfeervolle hotel. Het personeel was zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De kleinschaligheid van het hotel vond ik een groot pluspunt. Met bovendien gezellige bar om de dag af te sluiten. Zoals overal in Londen is er tot laat in de avond en heel vroeg in de ochtend straatlawaai. Ik vond het dus heel attent dat er oordopjes ter beschikking waren. Het dakterras voor de gasten vond ik een leuk extraatje. Het ontbijt was eenvoudig, maar heel lekker en vers. 」

「Excellent Stay, good location, very friendly staff and a good variety of decent restaurants around the area (including the hotel itself,) that food was never a problem for vegetarians and vegans. 」

「Staff was very helpful and always available quickly. Lots of great coffee shops and convenience stores in the area. The tube and buses were all within a two minute walk. Room was well decorated, clean, bed was comfortable and we had our own bathroom and shower. We were able to get to the London city within about 30 minutes and the price was way less than staying in the heart of London. Great little gem hidden away. Would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone wanting to...
