Lovely hotel in the middle of Stratford Westfield. Great bar with nice food and cocktails. Staff we polite and friendly. Room was great too, comfy bed, average sized bathroom but all was clean and tidy. Worked well for me on a solo work trip.

Everything was great! The hotel is located in a great location surrounded by shops and restaurants and within half a mile of the tube station. The only feedback I have is that the rooms got kind of cold at night and the heating system was capped for a certain temperature. It was not a deal breaker but I love my room toasty, which didn't seem achievable. Also breakfast was excellent!

Room was great. We had a balcony and view of the city which was stunning. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Recommend staying here. This was actually my 2nd time and somewhere I will continue staying when I come to London. Fabulous place to stay

Rooms were clean very minimalist. Stag was friendly and helpful. The location is convenient and close to transit. The area must have been quite nice at one time but looks rundown and we felt a bit uncomfortable getting back at night.

I enjoy staying in the east end of London because of its multicultural community. While the area outside isn’t the best, the rooms are immaculately clean. The beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are pristine.

Easy stay with very good view

We had a good stay in that Hotel, it was clean and staff was friendly. Location near to underground. Surrounding area looks a bit messi but no problem. Nice roof top bar with a good view!

Reception staff very helpful and friendly

Hotel lovely and clean, staff on reception very friendly and helpful. Food in restaurant although limited choice was good and breakfast very good lots of choice. The service in rooftop bar very slow and the area around the hotel very run down graffiti everywhere
