Communication was excellent, quick responses, clear instructions, and very helpful throughout my entire stay. The unit itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It felt welcoming and well maintained, which made my week long stay very enjoyable. The location was also a plus, with easy access to everything I needed. "Everything was perfect the room was very clean the breakfast staff was my only complaint was how we was treated when we went down for breakfast the server came over to us and told us how it’s a restaurant closer for cheaper (we are African American woman) she didn’t even let us look at the menu before making the comment it seem like the food at the hotel was to expensive for us so we didn’t even eat breakfast we just left due to her comment but the front desk lady was super nice and the hotel is very clean and cozy "
