「The check-in staff did not proactively mentioned that the access to our room was different from other rooms, until we could not use the lift after we tapped our access card. Afterwards, we were susprised to learn that there was no lift access to our room. The room would be more comfortable if there are more than 1 chair available, considering there are ample amount of space. It was also quite noisy facing the main street while windows needed to keep open for ventilation with no air con...

「We found the stay incredibly convenient to all the Dublin attractions. The facility was excellent and the staff even better. We had a car and parking is usually difficult in Dublin. They had unlimited in/out for 25 Euro/day which worked excellent. We’d like to give specific accolades to Kenneth, the porter who was especially helpful with bags, the vehicle, and arranging tours. 「First of all, my Oyster card which was inserted to keep the electricity on, was gone after the housekeeping. Second, the room I stayed in was very noisy. I could hear other residents scrolling up / down their curtain. Every time there was someone passing by the corridor, opening or closing the door, I could hear it very clearly. There is no view at all from my room. 」
