"Hotel staff was great. Beds and pillows are super comfy. They serve hot breakfast as early as 6:30am which was convenient for us. If new to the area and parking overnight, just know that it is on the side of the building and it cost us $28, which was a surprise to us when checking out. Other than that, all was super easy for a one night stay."

"Here’s a stronger, clearer version of your review — polished, direct, and more readable: --- Revised Review The hotel has a significant layout and design issue: many guest rooms face the side of the building where the hotel and restaurant VAC systems are located on the second and third floors. This results in constant noise, 24 hours a day, which seriously affects the comfort and quality of the stay. Upgrading the windows and soundproofing would greatly improve the guest experience. On the positive side, the hotel’s location is excellent, offering easy access to everything downtown Pittsburgh can offer."

"Adequate if you absolutely need a functionsl place next to the ppm arena. Otherwise, I would pass. We asked staff for room to be cleaned twice, and also scheduled a time in response to a text prompt and it was never cleaned (and we stayed 3 nights). We asked for fresh towels, never received them. No expedia recognition or benefit."
