「Excellent 」

「I was working from the hotel for 3 days. Housekeeping never checked to see if I needed clean towels or coffee. I had to go down at night and ask. I dropped my earring on the bathroom floor, when I knelt down there was 3 dirty towels and a bandaid under the vanity. There is no one at the front desk till 8am if you need anything and the restaurant isn't even open for breakfast or coffee. On the positive side, the room was modern.」

「Nice place. Would have been quiet but there were many snowmobiles coming and going and people partying in their rooms with their doors open. Beds weren’t the most comfortable, but they did alright for the two nights we were there. No where when booking did it state there was a $200 deposit required, so that was a bit of a shock. 」

「Lovely accommodation. Mark text before we arrived and cottage was left open for us. Questions were answered quickly via message on check in even though he wasn’t there in person. The views were spectacular. Cottage was clean and well equipped. Would love to visit again one day - perhaps when there is less snow! Although it made it very beautiful and we had deer walking past on the frozen lake every evening. 」

「the room was clean but the television was not even hooked up to cable. when trying to figure it out, noticed just how clean the room really was (NOT). We were never advised about the breakfast in the morning, assumed with the price we paid that breakfast would be included (it was not). when we asked the server he really didn't know what to answer, kept telling we need ticket. When front desk told us we could park at back of hotel to make it easier to get to our room (it was very scary)....
