"We stayed here for four days. The room was lovely, elegant and had ample space. The location is far from the city centre but the bus is easy to use and relatively close. If you like walking it's a nice 25 minute walk but there is not much to do around the hotel aside from the in hotel bar/restaurant. ..."

"Great location around central London and great view of St Paul’s cathedral. Only thing I can knock back is the smell in the lobby, kind of smelt like a sewer pipe had burst 24/7 (not sure if this was the case for just the one day we were there or if it is a persisting issue)"

"Hotel is in a great location and secured parking for our rental car. Overall it's a nice hotel and friendly staff. The only complaint we had was that we had to take an elevator up only to have to take our suitcases by hand down a large flight of stairs."

"We book King deluxe so very happy with size of room. No A/C which seems to be the norm ! Was able to open balcony awnd window fr a nice cross breeze. Some of the staff were not suitable for the job (too young and inexperienced) the rest were very experienced / odd combo."
