「The front desk was great because we met Ricardo! He was absolutely the best hotel reception person I have ever met. And I am old and crotchety. This guy was amazing, friendly, big smile, helpful, informative, and the best first impression of a hotel I have ever come to meet. If I could hire him for my business, I would gladly steal him away!」

「First of all, my Oyster card which was inserted to keep the electricity on, was gone after the housekeeping. Second, the room I stayed in was very noisy. I could hear other residents scrolling up / down their curtain. Every time there was someone passing by the corridor, opening or closing the door, I could hear it very clearly. There is no view at all from my room. 」
