「Second time I stay at this resort and I love it. This time in like a pod by the lake as rooms were all booked/unavailable. Staff are great helpful and friendly. We noticed some changes as there were new train carrge type buildings. Room aways cleaned when we arrived back and coffee tea sugar and water replenished. I...

「The room is clean. The staff is amazing. Breakfast is also impressive in terms of the choice and dining location. 」

「The hotel is on the other side of the world and it's almost impossible to find taxi and nobody except for one receptions knew how to call for a taxi. And for our way back from our tours none of the taxis knew where the hotel was. Other than that the hotel was clean and the staff tried their best but nobody speak English 」

「The hotel is well designed, the pool area in the middle is sometimes noisy」
