The place could use a good cleaning - the ceiling lights were full of dead flies. Breakfast is included, but very simple. Functional, but not great. The restaurant, however, is excellent. "Amazing friendly host with great English. I loved the stay and would absolutely be back on my next trip to Ayathayya. Very clean inside the rooms with A.C. Toast and Jam in morning for breakfast along with selection of drinks. They sell cold bottled water, soda, and rent out bikes."
