Our room was clean, nice decorations and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spotless, with all the essential toiletries provided. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to returning in the future. Overall I wouldn’t stay this hotel again. For the price and location it offers a good night sleep in a comfy bed, however the main problem is the WiFi is beyond shocking. If you plan on wanting to use the internet, don’t stay here, particularly on floor 2. Furthermore my room was far more dated than I expected and did not match the pictures online. That said the staff were excellent and really helpful and the breakfast was alright. Considering hotels are relatively cheap in Vietnam I wish I had stayed somewhere else.

The friendly, knowledgeable and attentive staff were amazing in all areas of this lovely boutique hotel. Friendly faces at every turn. Room was spacious and comfortable, with quality amenities. Location is excellent in the Old Quarter but a quieter area. But the gem is the rooftop infinity pool and bar with amazing views over Hoan Kiem Lake. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Gym was well equipped and the Spa massage was wonderful. We hope we can return to experience the wonderful service again.
