Miss the outdoor restaurant - was a favourite spot and one of the reasons we booked the hotel. Extra charges for items - free wifi hook up limited to two devices, poolside charges for loungers with additional food/beverage requirements were a serious concern. The elevators were very shaky and did not appear to be well maintained.

Clean room , food was pricey but convenient.

Although the staff was kind, we had a few issues with our stay. Upon check-in, we were offered a room on a higher floor, which we of course accepted. It was a mistake because the following morning at 9am, there was lots of pounding above us. I called the front desk and turns out they were doing plumbing work. What hotel in Vegas does plumbing early in the morning? The staff did apologize and waived the resort fee for that day. They also offered a new room. However, it was not ready until the late afternoon. They said they would call when it’s ready. I ended up checking at the desk myself and it was ready. I had not received a phone call to notify me like they said they would. I know they waived the fee, but it was not really worth all the inconvenience of changing rooms and getting little sleep that day. Another thing I noticed is the hotel is very outdated and has a bad smell as soon as you walk in. When we walked around other hotels, of course you smell cigarettes sometimes, but not as pungent as at treasure island. Our second room was noticeably nicer than the first room. The first room had a squeaky door, the headboard backing was chipping off, and a lot of overall wear and tear. Also, the first room’s water pressure was fine, but the second’s was way too high to where it felt uncomfortable for me. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel in Vegas. If we could go back, we would’ve paid a bit more to stay at a much nicer hotel.

Great staff, room was clean every time we arrived back from being out and about.
