Check-in was easy. Property was very dirty, does not look like they clean the floors at all.. water pressure awful. Property definitely needs some updating..

Nice updated room but could have been cleaned a little better. Pulled nightstand out to retrieve my eyeglasses and found someone's used dirty napkin. Website states that it's .6 of a mile from Duval, it's more like 1.2 miles. Good parking!

Abysmal wifi. I decided never to give more than three stars to any hotel that does not have functional wifi. However, if you don't need wifi, then this place is still reasonable value. It's quite some distance from Duval Street (walkable only just). Bit the kitchenette was functional. The place was clean, if not a little tired.

We loved grilling by the pool and getting groceries from Fausto’s. The studio we had was perfect and the house cleaner was the best. Thank you.

It was a nice stay and the rooms are much better on the inside than what you see exterior. The pool should be running like the pictures outline. That was disappointing

The check in office is a few blocks away from the property which is not that convenient with how busy the streets are in Key West. Our room had a window unit A/C which is fine, but we had to stand on a bar stool to adjust the temperature because it’s in an upper window. Some missing blinds in a couple windows in the room. Parking was free and conveniently located right next to building. Overall room could use some updating.

Having to check in at a different area was a bit inconvenient but it was quick and only 5 minutes away. Very happy there is dedicated parking rather than having to find street parking. Room was clean and had a king bed. Water temp was perfect. Used the pool once and it was nice. I do like how it felt tucked away from the main street. I would definitely stay here again.
