"Amazing place! The shuttle service to downtown is extremely quick and reliable. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The property is gorgeous. Free breakfast wasn’t amazing but was way better than what you expect from a complementary breakfast at a hotel. Skip the cocktails at the pool bar unless you get tipsy off water, but there are PLENTY of other places to get a good cocktail in Key West. This place is insanely nice for the price. If we ever return to Key West we will certainly be staying here again."

"Great location if you want to be out of the Duval Street area. The shuttle was great and Ubers and Lifts were really easy to get. The restaurant and pool were great!"

"Parking is not included in the stand and there are a lot of other fees that should be included. I wound up paying $375 more just to cover all the fees. Including a 29 dollar a day parking fee. Why is that not included. That was disappointing and the resort is in a weird part of town. Overall I would not stay there again."

"Resort was in a convenient area with plenty of entertainment and stores. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The private beach was also great. This will likely be a mainstay for us when we return to Key West again."

"I did like the hotel was really updated and had a nice decor. The pool was very nice. It never was crowded and they had cornhole and some outdoor games by the swimming pool. They also had beach out for the guest. They also had a free Washer & Dryer for guest on the fourth floor and furnished clothes soap and dryer sheets. The staff was pleasant but it still felt like a hotel not a resort. They charge a resort fee. $25 per day extra. There’s no ice bucket in the room and only one ice machine in the parking garage on the first floor. Overall, the day with not bad."
