Bayside Inn Key Largo
The room was not clean. Our feet were so dirty. I showed the woman at the front desk a picture of our feet! The entire room needed a good clean.

The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was good. Staff were helpful and two restaurants were right next door. The location right on the marina was nice too,

Playa Largo Resort & Spa, Autograph Collection
I booked my stay through Expedia for a high end villa and when I was checking in, I was told that the room that was ordered Expedia was a standard and basic room. I only get to go on one vacation a year based on my busy work schedule, so the disappointment really hit hard.
