「Everything was great! If I had a complaint, it would be that there wasn't a human in the lobby that I could talk to (I couldn't find the code to my room). However, I was able to reach someone on the phone. I guess that's the world that we live in nowadays.」

「The first day I lived on the first floor was still noisy, and the bathroom leaked. The next day, the front desk service staff helped me adjust it to the second floor, and the whole was better. The attitude of the service staff is still good.」

「They have an excellent idea of what comfort is. Blanket was great and bed was firm. Plenty of pillows. Bathroom was clean with a roomy shower with handles for those who are having mobility issues.」

「The air conditioner is so noisy. I changed the room 3 times, each of them has problems, hair dryer is broken, one of the bed is sinking, desktop is not working…. So tired to stay with this hotel」
